Co-owners

The company was founded by Marie-Pierre Cros and Jean-Michel Gillibert. Both owners have over 20 years responsibility in leading famous Brands, managing successful Sales & Marketing teams, and developing Profit Centers internationally.

  • During their careers, Marie-Pierre and Jean-Michel have helped build numerous brands for some of the leading consumer product companies such as Danone, Duracell, Thomson…
  • Both of them have driven key negotiations with trade customers and negotiated international contracts.
  • Marie-Pierre had sales responsibilities at Procter & Gamble and hired, managed and trained important Sales teams at Kraft foods.She has also been in charge of training departments and international sales schools.
  • Prior to forming Sève International Jean-Michel lead the development of Screenvision, an international advertising sales house located in over 15 geographies as CEO and Président.

Marie-Pierre Cros

  • Over 20 years responsibilities in Sales and Marketing teams management in France and on a Wolrdwide basis.
  • Negotiation of annual contracts with trade customers.
  • Management and development of Trademark licenses portfolio.
  • International launch of product ranges: Europe & US.
  • Creation of a Worldwide Sales School.

Jean-Michel Gillibert

  • Over 20 years responsibilities in the management of Profit Centers or Marketing and Sales Departments. Europe - USA - Asia / BtoB - BtoC.
  • Innovation, Design and Brand enhancement expertise.
  • International accounts negotiations.
  • Development of new Markets, Acquisitions and Disposals.
  • International and multifunctional teams Management.

Ali Mennaï

  • More than 30 years experience in the retail industry.
  • Deputy director of a Centre Leclerc hypermarket , where he managed all the buying negotiations as well as the employees.
  • He acquired a real expertise of the sale activity and the management of commercial teams.
  • He has a 10 years extensive experience of training activities: Internal trainer, responsible of a training department and then training consultancy.
  • He has been working for companies such as Leclerc, Mondelez Kraft, Kimberly Clark and Primavista.

Nicole Festy

Specialist of Management Training & Coaching For more than 15 years, Nicole managed the Learning & Development service of a multinational company. She is Executive Coach HEC, MBTI, Belbin certified. She excels in leadership, change management, engineering & training.

Mickaël Richard

Former athlete, physical and behavioral Coach. Mickael is bringing to companies knowledge and tools to better manage stressful situations, to mobilize the energies, and to improve the self-knowledge.
